　　Concrete is one of the most important civil engineering materials in modern times. Concrete must be poured under certain temperature conditions to avoid wall deformation and cracking caused by thermal expansion and contraction in the future. In order to control the casting temperature of concrete, measures are generally taken to control the exit temperature of commercial concrete (5 to 26 degrees). The specific measures are: adding ice chips and chilled water for mixing in summer; using hot water mixing in winter.

　　In summer, the temperature of the machine must be around 26 degrees. The key is to control the temperature of sand, rock and mixing water. The temperature of the mixing water should be controlled as far as possible to 0-2 degrees, otherwise the amount of ice chips will need to be increased and the cost will increase.

　　The control of the temperature of the sand and stone materials generally adopts shading, watering, spraying, etc. The mixing water is cooled by a special refrigeration water unit. Because the mixing water is a consuming type of water, a large temperature difference direct cooling type chiller should be used.
