The screw chiller is manufactured with advanced production technology, with good quality, compact structure and beautiful appearance. It can be widely used in various types of air conditioning systems in civil buildings such as plastics, electroplating, electronics manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, chemical, food processing and other industrial sites and hotels, shopping malls and office buildings.
Unit Characteristics:
1. The original imported international brand BITZER Germany (Bitzer) HANBELL China Taiwan (Hanbell) high-efficiency energy-saving compressors are matched with high-quality condensers and evaporators, with high efficiency, high stability, low noise and long service life. The industrial-grade PLC unit is centrally controlled, and the energy ratio of the compressor can be timely and accurately controlled to match the cooling capacity of the unit to the cooling load, ensuring that the unit runs at the best efficiency and reducing operating costs.
2. The internal integration of multiple safety protection and processing functions such as water cutoff, low temperature, high and low pressure, antifreeze, phase loss, delay start, reverse phase overload, motor overheating oil pressure difference, etc.
3. Full Chinese operation interface, menu prompts, arbitrarily set unit operating status, home appliance operation environment.
4. The capacity control can adopt four-stage (100%-75%-50%-25%) or three-stage (100%-66%-33%) and stepless control system.
5. The unique built-in oil pressure system does not need an oil pump to ensure that the compressor maintains the best lubrication effect. The oil separator adopts a double-layer filtering method, which has good oil filtering effect and the heat converter can exert its maximum capacity.
6. High-efficiency internally threaded copper pipes enhance the heat transfer effect and are more energy efficient. Using the latest CAD/CAM design and processing technology, CNC machining center is completed, compact structure, small size, and durable. The U-shaped structure of the heat exchange tube bundle is convenient for maintenance and prevents refrigerant leakage.
7. It is made of imported steel pipes with high-speed drilling machines and other professional equipment. The steel pipes are in closer contact with the fins, and the heat exchange efficiency is higher. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, more compact and reasonable structure, etc.
8. There is no need to install cooling tower cooling water pumps and other equipment, which is suitable for areas with lack of water resources and poor water quality. It can be installed in open spaces such as the roof of a building without a dedicated machine room, saving space.
